PROPAGATE UPDATE BETWEEN BOARD

This feature allows you to propagate comments in bubbles to other boards.

How does it work ? When a message is added to an element, it is automatically propagated to the board that is linked by the integration. For messages to be spread in both directions, automation must be installed per board and per direction.

Requirements To work, the linked column must not be empty.

CREATE CONVERSATION SUMMARY

This feature allows you to create a summary of previous conversations.

How does it work ? Automation must be installed from the source board to a target board. When a new link is created between these tables, then a summary of previous conversations is created, and sent to the new linked item as a new message.

Requirements To work, the linked column must not be empty.
